Streemfire Privacy Policy

VJU operates the Streemfire Service (the Service).
VJU recognizes that your privacy is very important and that it is your right to control your personal information.
We understand that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that trust seriously.
VJU is an Austrian company working under European and Austrian privacy jurisdiction.
We do not ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
We do not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, or protect our rights.
We do not store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our Services.
Before your Content is passed on to third parties, you have to agree to it.

This Privacy Policy covers the collection, use and disclosure of personal information that may be collected any time you interact with Streemfire and VJU, such as when you visit the VJU web site, use or purchase our products and services, or communicate with VJU employees.

Cookies and Tracking Pixels.
Cookies are small data files that a web site you visit may save on your hard drive that usually includes an anonymous unique identifier.
A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses, or capture your e-mail address.
The Streemfire and VJU web site uses cookies for user authentication, keeping track of your preferences, promotional campaigns that require user identification, keeping track of our audience size and traffic patterns, and in certain other cases.
We may include tracking pixels, which are small graphic images, in our email messages and newsletters to determine whether the messages were opened and the links were actually viewed.
You can configure your browser to accept cookies, reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is being used.
However, if you configure your browser to reject cookies, you may not be able to use VJU products or services that require you to sign in or take advantage of all the features of Streemfire.

Data Collection.
Website Visitors: Like most website operators, VJU collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. VJU’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how VJU’s visitors use its website. From time to time, VJU may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information: Certain visitors to VJU’s websites choose to interact with VJU in ways that require VJU to gather personally-identifying information.
The amount and type of information that VJU gathers depends on the nature of the interaction.
For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at VJU to provide a username and email address.
Those who engage in financial transactions with VJU are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions.

Aggregated Statistics: VJU may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites.
For instance, Streemfire may monitor the most popular public Content on the Streemfire Service or use usage statistics to measure how our user base grows.
VJU may display this aggregated, non-personalized information publicly or provide it to third parties.
However, VJU does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

The Streemfire Service uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).

VJU has implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines, to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use.
We employ SSL encryption to secure your personal data and payment information.
We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available.
While we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

Account Information.
If you register for any of the Services you will be asked to provide basic personal information.
The information is used solely for notifying you of changes or updates to the Services.
VJU will never sell, rent or otherwise disclose any of your personal information, including your email address, to any third party without your consent unless:

(a) VJU is required to by law; or
(b) if it is necessary to provide the Services

The VJU or Streemfire website and service may contain links to other sites.
VJU is not responsible for the privacy policy or other practices employed by websites linked to, or from, the VJU website or Service nor the information or content contained therein.
This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the VJU or Streemfire website and Service.

Information Disclosure to Third Parties.
When you post information to the VJU or Streemfire website or Service, you are granting VJU permission to use and take other actions with respect to such information (as described in the Terms of Service), in order to provide the Streemfire Service.
We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to others, except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
VJU may share your information with others outside of VJU under the following circumstances:

(a) We have your explicit consent to share the information;
(b) We need to share your information to fulfill your product or service request;
